SCNM encourages applicants to utilize the online application through MySCNM. This electronic application has many benefits, one of which is its accessibility. The online application allows users to save and return to the application at any time. Most importantly, the online application allows us to expedite your application quicker than a paper application.
If you do not have easy Internet access, you may request a paper application by sending an e-mail to your admissions representative. Include your name, mailing address, the term you are applying for, and the reason you cannot apply online.
Utilizing the Online SCNM Application:
The link below will take you to the online application available through MySCNM, the web portal for the SCNM community. From here you will be able to log in using your MySCNM username and password. If you do not already have a MySCNM account you may move forward with completing the application and a username/password will be provided to you shortly after. If you have forgotten your username or password for your account, you will need to contact the Admissions office for assistance.
Applicants with an existing MySCNM account will see profile information automatically populate in some sections of the application. Remember, you can save the application and log in to update or edit it at a later time. However, once you hit the ‘submit application’ button, your application is final.
Good luck! Please contact your admissions representative if you have any questions or technical difficulties at (480) 858-9100 or toll-free (888) 882-7266.
