Circulation Policies
- Books, Audio and Video may be checked out for three weeks.
- Items can be renewed twice. Once online through the Library Catalog and once in the library.
- If you need an item that is checked out, click on the hold icon and you will receive an email notification when the items it available.
- Overdue fines are .50 cents per day for Books, Audio, and Video after a one day grace period.
- Reserve, Reference and Journals are for in library use only.
Borrowing Privileges:
- Borrowing privileges are automatically extended to SCNM students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
- Community patrons may purchase a community borrower’s card for $25 per year.
Online Access
- Renew items, place holds, check due dates, access online databases many of which offer full text information.
- Login to your library account via the Library Catalog. Go to the upper right hand corner and sign in with your student ID number.
Confidentiality:
In accordance with the ethics of library science and Arizona state law, the Library upholds the confidentiality of its circulation records and will not reveal the usage habits or practices of particular patrons.
