Federal Work Study is a form of financial aid that offers part-time employment to qualified students. Most positions start at $8.50 per hour and the student receives a bi-monthly pay check. The Federal government contributes 75% of the wages while the school is responsible for 25% of the wages earned. Federal Work Study is awarded on a quarterly basis and is included in the student's financial aid package. Federal Work Study is also need based.
