Food Sensitivity Testing

The fee includes US BioTek 96 IgG Food Panel plus Elimination Rotation Guide, 15-minute review of the results with a naturopathic doctor, and the lab test.

What is IgG Ab testing?

With IgG Ab, the body response is delayed.  Symptoms of an IgG Ab are gradual and can take several hours to several days. This response differs from IgE, which is an immediate response and can occur within minutes after exposure to an allergen or food.

• Dairy: casein, cheese: cheddar, cottage, mozzarella, whey, milk, goat milk, yogurt
• Vegetables: asparagus, avocado, beet, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, mushroom, black olives, onion, green peppers, sweet potato, white potato, pumpkin, radish, spinach, zucchini, tomato

US BioTek is a CLIA/COLA certified lab.  They use ELISA testing method for food testing.
