Dr. Kirschner is an author and coauthor (along with R. Brinkman) of numerous books, audio and video programs, including the audio/video all-time bestseller, 'How To Deal With Difficult People,' the book 'Life By Design,' the McGraw Hill International Bestseller, 'Dealing With People You Can't Stand,' the entertaining ebook sequel 'Dealing With Relatives,' and his most recent book, 'Love Thy Customer.’  Dr. Kirschner is a respected faculty member of the Institute for Management Studies, and an adjunct professor at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (www.SCNM.edu). From 1987-1992, he was one of only 15 presenters chosen by the Tom Peters Group to present the revolutionary 'In Search of Excellence' and 'Thriving On Chaos' training programs to business around the world.

Dr. Kirschner speaks to tens of thousands of people a year worldwide and his clients include some of the world's best known organizations, ranging from NASA to Starbucks Coffee Company. Dr. Kirschner is married to Lindea Kirschner and has a daughter, Aden Kirschner. He resides in and maintains a private counseling and consulting practice in Ashland, Oregon
