Legacy Planned Gifts
There a several ways to make a long lasting impact on the future of SCNM. Legacy or planned gifts require an expert evaluation of your options looking at several ways to achieve your goal to assist SCNM. SCNM is creating a Legacy Gifts Council to assist you in the process.
Legacy Gifts Options
Bequests
In writing your will or arranging a living trust, you can spell out that you want your estate to benefit SCNM. For sample donor bequest language or for more information on how to include SCNM in your estate plans, contact the Advancement Office (480) 222-9229.
Charitable Gift Annuities
You can transfer money, securities or real estate in trust to SCNM and receive income in return for yourself or another, for life. For more information contact the Advancement Office (480) 222-9229.
Qualified Retirement Plans
Designating SCNM as a beneficiary of your qualified IRA, KEOGH, 401(k), or 403 (b) can be a boon to your heirs since more assets may be passed on to them than if you make a bequest from other funds in your estate. Real Estate

Stocks and Securities

Corporate, Foundation, and Research Relations
The Advancement Department assist corporations and foundations in structuring collaborative alliances with SCNM, meeting their strategic goals and helping maintain the college’s excellence by directly impacting its exceptional students, faculty and programs.
