Mr. Lapallo visits SCNM

Mr. LaPallo is an amazing 109 years old! Born in Brazil in 1901 and raised on natural medicine by his father who was a physician and herbalist, he grew up in New York City and is now a resident of Mesa, AZ. Mr. LaPallo is a firm believer in the benefits of healthy living, and he is indeed a walking example. He attributes his attitudes and practices to his father who was his role model. He advocates drinking lots of water, eating fresh fruits and vegetables that are raw or lightly steamed, and fish.

At 109 Mr. LaPallo lives and gets around very well on his own. He feels that it is important to teach people the benefits of natural living especially the young children who are so often brought up on soda and fast food these days. He enjoys social outings, going to church, and spending time with loved ones. He says that he has been asked to speak all over the world but admits that he is getting tired of traveling as he also keeps up an active blog and Facebook page. He is looking forward to another year as he turns 110 in August.

"I feel that I must continue to learn all I can about nutrition, health and longevity through reading and attending meetings and seminars. I also feel that it is my purpose to disseminate what I know, to the best of my ability, that which I have learned and which works for me."
