Graduates of those programs will not be allowed to sit for board exams nor will they be able to legally practice medicine. Naturopathic physicians graduating from Southwest College however, are eligible to sit for national board exams and legally considered to be general practice doctors, who can see patients of all ages, both sexes, suffering from any acute or chronic condition.
