Last month's campus "de-Annexation" action gave way to a few weeks of relative calm. With City of Tempe permits pending, activity will pick up again this week.
Last Friday, our team, led by Project Developer Bryan Mar, met to study the site plan, preview the timetable, review safety procedures and coordinate activities among contractors, engineers, building architects, landscape architects, LEED and environmental consultants, and SCNM facilities and administrative personnel. Though the construction site's dimensions will change depending on different phases of the building and landscape construction, plans and procedures are in place to ensure that campus safety remains our highest priority. Plans are underway to modify existing walking paths and address lighting concerns. If you have any questions or experience problems, please send an email to email@example.com or call extension 205 to reach Facilities staff directly.
You've already seen architectural renderings of the building exteriors. As the interior design takes shape, the architects are rendering views for the inner building. Check out below the north perspective of the two-story concourse. Jain Malkin, our interior designer, is often referred to as one of the best healthcare and education designer in the world. Now you can see why.
We will post more views as they arrive. Thank you for everything that you do to make SCNM an extraordinary campus community school.
