Available September 1, 2005.
Earned doctorate in nutrition or related area (ABD considered) and RD credential is required. Teaching responsibilities include courses in the areas of human nutrition, community nutrition and education, and medical nutrition therapy. Other duties include research and scholarly activity, advising, departmental and university committee assignments.
