
New Scottsdale, Arizona Based Company to Offer USDA Certified Organic Complete Frozen Meals
May 5, 2006 Scottsdale, Arizona — May 5, 2006—Callaway Consumer Products, a new Scottsdale-based company is excited to announce the launch of Organic Bistro™USDA certified organic frozen meals with chicken and wild fish. The company, owned by Dr. Laryn Callaway and co-managed with two partners formerly of the Dial Corporation, Mark Preston and Mark Whitehouse, offers consumers a new, healthy & delicious alternative to the typical convenience fare. Dr. Callaway is currently featured on the cover of Arizona Woman magazine and headlines the feature story in the May issue.
The meals have been developed by a nutritionist, a naturopathic doctor, and a gourmet chef to provide low glycemic index foods that are high in protein, fiber, and omega 3 fats. The meals will be available in select stores midsummer and online in June of 2006 at www.theorganicbistro.com.

- Wild Salmon with savory broccoli and cranberry pilaf.
- Chicken Citron with tomato edamame salad and herbed quinoa.
- Ginger Chicken with dragonwell vegetables and almond pilaf.
