SCNM Wedding

A Monday to remember, July 3rd 2006 at the SCNM garden where Javier Manrique, quarter 4, and Margarita Hernandez Guzman, quarter 12, exchanged their wedding vows.

Witnesses to Javier and Margarita’s love - and the milestone that unites their destiny - included family, friends, classmates, instructors, SCNM alumni and staff. The happy couple could not have asked for a better turn out. The seats in the garden were filled with many more guests standing to witness the ceremony. Myra Harris officiated.

Immediately following the ceremony, students began bringing in a variety of food including salads, side dishes, main dishes, and desserts which covered three large tables. Many more students assisted in serving beverages, taking photographs, and coordinating the cake cutting and bouquet toss. The ceremony and reception was made possible by the generous contributions of love, space, time, and resources from every person in attendance physically and in Spirit.

“We were blessed with welcoming weather, bird songs, water humming, countless smiles, kisses, hugs, gifts, beautiful flowers and warm wishes. Thank You all for making a difference and being part of our lives!!” said Javier and Margarita about their blessed day.

Once again, the SCNM Family came together to create a memorable day for two of their own.
