Are you passionate about a natural approach to health care? Would you like to learn more about becoming a Naturopathic physician or treatments in the most effective preventive therapies? If you answered yes to any of these, you don't want to miss this opportunity.
Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) is hosting their bi-annual Discovery Day on Sat., Nov. 10 and Tues., Nov. 13. Whether you are a prospective student, a prospective or current patient, a health-care practitioner, health food industry professional or just interested in learning more about Naturopathic medicine, this is the event for you.
SCNM hosts two Naturopathic Discovery Days each year. Discovery Day is one of SCNM's most popular events and the most effective way for prospective students to get a sense of the culture, energy and passion that drives SCNM and its community of learners and educators. Those interested in becoming a patient or have an interest in Naturopathic medicine will appreciate the information provided by the experts in the field.
“This year's Discovery Day should be the most fun yet,” said Alison Scott, Asst. Director of Admissions. “Along with presentations and demonstrations by SCNM faculty and alumni there will be chartered Medical Center tours and informative and interactive stations throughout campus for attendees. The introduction of a prospective patient focus in Discovery Day, along with the traditional focus on potential students, is exciting because it allows the residents of Arizona to learn more about the opportunities available to them in achieving optimal health through Naturopathic medicine.”
This event is free to the public and will be held at the SCNM Main Campus at 2140 E. Broadway Rd. , Tempe , Ariz. (west of the L-101 on the north side of Broadway Rd. ).
