Monday, Jan. 23 (time varies) 1st Week
The program kicks off with a physical exam assessing your cardio and thyroid health. Cleanse how to’s, protein drinks and shakers will be distributed. Optional add-on #1: castor oil and wool cloth
Optional add-on #2: hydrotherapy treatments including sign up for colonics, sauna therapy or constitutional hydrotherapy

Cleanse Program Developed By 
Dr. Christina Youngren received her bachelor's degree in design communication from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She finished a two-year clinical internship in all naturopathic modalities, including Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed a one-year fellowship in environmental medicine at the Environmental Medicine Center of Excellence under the directorship of Dr. Walter Crinnion.
Dr. Youngren currently holds an adjunct faculty position as supervising physician in the environmental medicine department at the Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center. She runs a family medical practice that centers on environmental medicine, women's health, preconception care/fertility, and metabolic disorders. Due to the increasingly important link between environmental influences and cancer, Dr. Youngren has directed her interest towards oncology. Dr. Youngren is committed to helping her patients prevent the ill effects of environmental factors on their health, especially when it comes to preconception care, pregnancy, and cancer.
Dr. Youngren is guest lecturer at SCNM and around the Phoenix area. She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American College for the Advancement in Medicine
