The Department of Nutrition welcomes Dr. Amy Whittington
as Adjunct Professor. She will be teaching “Nutrition
Throughout the Lifecycle” in the Spring Quarter.

Promotions
Dr. Patricia Gaines
Dr. Patricia Gaines has been promoted from a Temporary Assistant
Professor to an Assistant Professor in the Division of Naturopathic
Therapeutics. She will also serve as the Chair of the Department
of Botanical Medicine. In the past year, Dr. Gaines has done wonderful
work as an instructor and as a coordinator in the Department of
Botanical Medicine as well as making many important contributions
to the Medical Center.
Dr. Chris Spooner
Dr. Chris Spooner has been promoted from Second Year Post Doctoral
Fellow in Environmental Medicine to Temporary Assistant Professor
in the Division of Clinical Sciences, Department of Environmental
Medicine. Dr. Spooner has put in great effort as an instructor and
clinical faculty. He has worked diligently in research projects,
even spearheading some of them.
Dr. Eric Udell
Dr. Eric Udell has been promoted from Second Year Homeopathy
Fellow to an Assistant Professor in the Division of Naturopathic
Therapeutics, Department of Homeopathy. Dr. Udell has completed
his Fellowship in an exemplary manner and this promotion recognizes
his accomplishments and contribution to the Homeopathy Department.
