The Red Ball

Mark your calendars, pick out your red gowns and ties, and join us for a memorable evening!
Established in 2004, to honor the memory of Walt Disney's granddaughter Victoria Lund, the Red Ball is presented by the Sage Foundation for Health. This year's gala will be held at the Phoenix Arts Museum in Phoenix, AZ on April 21, 2007.
The evening will progress with cocktails, silent auction bidding, dinner, entertainment, a live auction, and dancing.
The Red Ball event is held to raise money to assist the medically underserved adults and children in Phoenix with natural health care. We welcome you as a guest or sponsor.

IfHI 2007 Bi-annual Conference and Symposia
Date: May 18 – 20, 2007
The Institute for Human Individuality (IfHI) will hold their bi-annual certification and symposia from May 18 through May 20, at The Buttes Resort and Conference Center in Tempe, Arizona. The cost for the three day conference is $575, for current IfHI members and $595 for non-members, with special discounts for ND students of $295. The Festival of Lights
Ten years ago Chandler Boulevard was dim, dark and drab during the holiday season. The white light holiday display originally started by Del Webb Corporation was put to rest and only the glow of streetlights lit up the areas. more »

Naturopathic Medical Student Association Holds Their 2nd Annual Student Conference

Manuscript Accepted for Publication
The manuscript "Hormone replacement therapy in menopausal women: Past problems and future possibilities" by John W. Schmidt, Debra Wollner, Jessica Curcio, June Riedlinger and Linda Kim, has been accepted for publication in a peer reviewed journal, Gynecological Endocrinology, and will be published in one of the next volumes.

Basic Herb Vinegar
Face Toner
Ingredients:
- 1 part vinegar
- 6 parts herbal infusion (try sage, lemon balm, lavender or elderflower)
Instructions:
Make infusion like tea and when cooled mix with vinegar. Saturate a cotton ball and use to clean off traces of a face mask or makeup after regular cleaning.
Never use undiluted vinegar as it will burn your skin. Diluted it effectively and gently restores the skins protective acid mantle. It also has antiseptic properties....
