Student Discovery Day

Student Discovery Day

Get answers to your questions about becoming a Naturopathic Doctor (ND)!

Naturopathic medicine is a primary healthcare profession emphasizing prevention, treatment and health through the use of natural and conventional therapies that encourage individuals’ self-inherent healing process.

Don’t just live a healthy life – help others on their path to wellness!

Attend Discovery Day to learn:

  • About this growing profession! Hear from NDs about their approach to patient care and what it’s like to be out in practice. You’ll also have opportunity to experience some naturopathic therapies.
  • What it’s like to be a student at SCNM: Learn about our innovative curriculum including acupuncture, how students can get involved in research, and how students channel their passion through involvement in our numerous clubs.
  • Learn how SCNM prepares NDs with the most clinical experience
  • Tour the Community Commons, the SCNM Medical Center and SCNM’s high-tech library, classrooms, lab rooms and cadaver lab
  • How to become a student: We’ll answer all of your admissions and financial aid questions and meet one-on-one with admissions and financial aid representatives
