Official and unofficial academic transcripts are available through the Registrar's Office. Financial aid transcripts are available through the Student Financial Aid Office 480-858-9100. An official transcript is a chronological listing of a student's academic record completed at SCNM, which is certified by the Registrar. There is a fee for each copy. Official transcripts are not issued for students with financial obligations to the college. Official transcripts requests must have written documents faxed to 480-858-9116 to accommodate online form requests.

An unofficial transcript is an uncertified copy of the student's academic record, which is provided at cost. Unofficial transcripts also include additional information such as: line numbers, restricted withdrawal counts, note records regarding grade changes, semester GPA's and probation / disqualification status.

A non-enrolled student official transcript is $10
Enrolled student - Official transcript $7
Enrolled student - Unofficial transcript $3
