Verification of Enrollment
The Office of the Registrar provides several students services to include verification of enrollment (past and present), graduation, degree earned, attendance dates, or loan deferments. Such service is free of charge.
The student’s signature is required to verify the following information: Credit Hours, GPA, and Current Class Schedule.
Requests for the above information may be submitted in person (with Picture identification), by fax or by mail.

The Office of the Registrar may not release transcripts or any certifications until all financial obligations to the Southwest College have been cleared.
