Assistant Professor – Nutrition

About me: My nutrition philosophy is simple: a healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy relationship with food and with yourself. I believe in meeting my patients where they are at and working with them to develop practical goals that can be implemented immediately. I have a passion for science and education, and enjoy learning new things every single day about my field. In my spare time I love to travel, ski, spend time with family and be outdoors with my two rescue puppies.

Emphasis: Pediatrics, ketogenic diets, vitamin B12

Education: Arizona State University (B.S. in Biology, 2012); Arizona State University (M.S. in Human Nutrition, 2013); Arizona State University (PhD in Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Wellness, 2016)
