Michele Redmond MS


About

Prior to a career in culinary nutrition, Michele managed statewide chronic disease programs, medical centers and physician networks. Since 2006, She has created and taught culinary nutrition classes in diabetes centers, college nutrition programs and culinary schools, including Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Michele is a past chair of the International Association of Culinary Professionals Cooking Schools and Teacher’s Section and was 2018 IACP Member of the Year. Her work as a writer, teacher and food consultant focuses on neurogastronomy, food appreciation and culinary-food science. She provides educational outreaches and services to corporate wellness programs, school nutrition programs, health and food organizations and dietetic affiliates and academies. Michele enjoys participating in improv comedy and hopes to get back on stage in 2021 to engage audience members and fellow actors in telling insightful and humorous stories about life.
